Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MeetriX. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
MeetriX is an AI meeting assistant: a notetaker bot, transcription for Arabic and English, and AI-generated reports, action items, and analytics. Features are provided as they exist at the time; we improve them continuously and may change or retire parts of the product.
Recording responsibly
You are responsible for using MeetriX lawfully in your jurisdiction, including any consent or notification requirements that apply to recording meetings. The bot appears as a named participant precisely so attendees can see it is there; do not attempt to disguise that it is recording.
Your data is yours
You own the meeting content you capture with MeetriX: the audio, transcripts, and reports. You can export it at any time. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf, and our AI is never trained on it.
Free minutes and quotas
Signing up grants 600 free meeting minutes. Paid plans are per seat as published on the pricing page; minute top-up packs and plan changes take effect immediately, and unused plan minutes reset at each billing renewal. Institutional and on-premise plans are agreed directly with us.
Acceptable use
Do not use MeetriX to break the law, record people where you have no right to, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers' data.
AI output
Summaries, minutes, and action items are generated by AI from the transcript and are editable before you share them. They are a strong first draft, not a certified legal record; review anything that will carry formal weight.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LISAN AI - FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
